ALEX JACK

TRAINER

Fitness and Sports Enthusiast, working in the fitness and health industry for over 10 years.

Along with full time training, Alex is a strength and conditioning coach at the Richmond Olympic Oval where he works with sports teams and athletes. You may also catch him teaching athletic conditioning classes at Equinox gym in downtown Vancouver. With his own personal experience in training for athleticism, power, strength, health and function, Alex can create a program for you with your overall health and fitness goals in mind. You can expect a challenging workout that will build with each sequential training session to bring your fitness levels to new heights.
