What’s included

8 Expert-Led Training Sessions

Meet twice per week for 4 weeks with trainers who specialize in working with older adults. Each 45-minute session is carefully designed to build your strength, balance, and confidence progressively and safely.

Small Group Environment (Maximum 6 Participants)

You'll never get lost in a crowd. With only 6 people per session, your trainer can provide individual attention, proper form coaching, and modifications tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Personalized Exercise Progressions

Everyone starts at a different place, and that's perfectly fine. Your trainer will ensure exercises are appropriately challenging for you—not too easy, not too hard—so you make real progress while staying safe.

Functional Movement Focus
