Having a competitive athletic background, Jeremy knows what it takes to train like an Athlete,

but what he's found through experience is there‚Äôs so much more to practice with the body. Combining his knowledge of strength and conditioning, Jeremy's combines traditional strength lifts and athletic conditioning with body weight flow movements that incorporate mobility, agility, and stabilization.  Embodying a holistic overview, Jeremy believes we should train our bodies for how we want to live functionally.
